The St. Michael’s Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Committee (IBAC) supports our School’s ongoing commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive environment where every student, family, faculty, and staff member truly feels seen, welcomed, and valued.
Rooted in our Strategic Plan and Episcopal Identity, the Committee partners closely with School leadership and groups such as the Equity Committee and Cultural Outreach team to ensure this commitment is reflected in our policies, programs, curriculum, community life, and strategic direction. Together, we work to welcome families from various backgrounds, faiths, and identities and to strengthen inclusion and belonging throughout the St. Michael’s experience.
As we strive to broaden our reach and build meaningful connections with a wider cross-section of the greater Richmond community, we invite you to partner with us.
